| | With over 100 Filter Locater Sites available, your company will want to have an ad placed as soon as possible! So, we're supplying these guidelines to help you create your ad graphic.
Collect the following pieces of information and create the graphic yourself meeting the criteria below by using a graphics software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Express, Adobe Page Maker, Aldus Freehand, Hayes Smartcom II, Corel Draw, . . .
1. Company logo or any graphics that you want placed on the ad
This should be the best hard copy possible. Images can be used from your web page. If you only have a black and white copy and the image is to be colored, make sure you have the Pantone color number or RGB number to match the company color. This image could be scanned and placed appropriately on the advertisement. We also recommend placing a line completely around the ad to distinguish it from other ads on the same page.
2. Content of the graphic
This is what you want the ad to say. Keep in mind that these graphics are small and only a few words will be able to be read clearly on the web. You may consider animating the graphic to show the logo and then a brief description.
3. Link for the graphic
This is where you want the ad to lead to when a customer "clicks" on it. We recomend linking to your web site. If you would rather have an information page with a few graphics, filter.com will help you create it. You will simply need to tell us where you want the link to go and filter.com will create the link for you.

SIZE AND SPECS:
All artwork or graphics should be in a GIF format. If your company is not equipped to produce your logo in this format, please contact us at info@filter.com and we will help you out in any way possible.
For the best look: Artwork for your logo should be exactly the dimensions given in the following chart. If your logo looks best with a different proportion, we recommend putting the logo in a box of the appropriate size. This box could simply be white with no borders or add contrast through color. |
