Use the following information to create a file that contains the information for the Deals & Steals large quantity listing. Your final file that will be uploaded should not contain column headings - just the information.

File Specification:
· Comma Delimited Text File. (Easy to do from software like Excel. Can be read from Notepad.)
· Order as listed below.
· Make sure that there are NO commas anywhere in the document.
· Quotation marks within quotation marks are not accepted.

Using our examples, a line in the text file would look like this:

Common Mistakes:
Commas in the numbers such as 1,787.
Prices do not have 2 digits after the decimal point. Ex. $3 is wrong $3.00 is correct.
Sometimes extra commas are added by Excel when empty cells have been accidently highlighted. To check for invalid commas - Open your text document in Notepad. Scroll to the bottom and delete unwanted commas.
Commas have been used in the description area. To find unwanted commas in text use the "Find" function in Excel.
